By registering for Bitcoin Game Night™️, you agree to the following terms and disclosures.

Bitcoin Game Night™️ / Bitcoin Bingo™️ is a curated educational promotion. This event is not gambling, not a lottery, not a casino game, and not a sweepstakes requiring payment for a chance to win. The $97 fee is an educational access fee that covers live instruction, educational materials, production expenses, venue expenses, administrative costs, and any disclosed charitable components. Payment does not increase the likelihood of receiving a prize, and no portion of the access fee is allocated to any prize pool.

No purchase is necessary to access the educational content. Individuals may request Free Educational Access by submitting a written request via email to the designated compliance email address with “Free Educational Access Request” in the subject line. The request must include the individual’s full name, email address, and confirmation of Miami attendance or a request for digital materials. Upon verification, educational materials and/or presentation access will be provided without payment. Free access participants may attend the educational portion of the event. Eligibility for incidental promotional prizes is governed by the same verification procedures applied to all participants. This provision exists to ensure compliance with promotional law requirements.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or 21 if required by venue policy, must comply with all applicable laws, and must not reside in jurisdictions where such promotional educational events are prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to deny participation for non-compliance.

Prizes may include Bitcoin or Bitcoin-equivalent value and are offered as promotional incentives. Prizes are not guaranteed, may vary in frequency and value, and are determined at fair market value at the time of award. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its discretion.

If random Bitcoin rewards are awarded for correct answers, such rewards are discretionary, not guaranteed, not tied to payment, and provided solely as incidental engagement incentives.

Digital asset prizes may be considered taxable income. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. Required tax forms, including IRS Form 1099, may be issued if reporting thresholds are met.

Participants acknowledge that Bitcoin and other digital assets are volatile, their value may fluctuate, and blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses, network congestion, wallet mismanagement, or any technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

By attending the event, participants release Crypto Rich™️, Michelle Lilly, event staff, sponsors, The Hub (Miami venue), and all affiliates from any claims related to participation, prize acceptance, digital asset transfers, or tax implications.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

This event is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation and, where required, binding arbitration.

Recording & Release of Liability

By registering for and attending Bitcoin Game Night™, you acknowledge and agree that the event will be audio recorded, video recorded, photographed, livestreamed, and otherwise documented for educational, promotional, archival, and commercial purposes.

You hereby grant Crypto Rich™, Michelle Lilly, affiliated brands, partners, sponsors, and venue partners the irrevocable, perpetual right to capture, use, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, and display your name, voice, image, likeness, statements, and participation in any recordings, photographs, livestreams, or other media content created during the event, in any format or medium now known or later developed, without compensation, notification, or additional approval.

You understand that participation in this event is voluntary. By attending, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Crypto Rich™, Michelle Lilly, event partners, sponsors, staff, affiliates, and venue representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or disputes arising out of or related to your participation in the event, the use or distribution of recorded media, educational discussions related to cryptocurrency and digital assets, technical issues, market volatility, blockchain transactions, or any personal financial decisions made before, during, or after the event.
